We don't use our nespresso machine too often (it was a gift) but we buy compostable pods which are very nice but pricey.
They go in the composter in the garden afterwards.

Yeah I'm down with compostables (mostly).

Though you have to be careful because a lot of compostable stuff won't break down properly in a garden bin.
