Potentially a holdover from when only Campag was 11sp?

Only recently upgraded from 10-speed and was used to this stuff being either Shimano/SRAM or Campag. Wasn't aware 11-speed was more universal.

Thank you -I spotted it on eBay but I don't think it will work as there are no tab/notch in the fseatpost bolt hole to hold it in place

I think what I need is more one like this:

with an external part that can be held with a spanner while the allen part bolts through.

Welder question again.

I’ve accepted that stick isn’t good for my intended applications (basic cargo bike bits, and ideally cargo bmx conversions, general odds and sods).

I believe that TIG will be okay.

Lidl still has some £40 stick welders left.

Is there a TIG option out there that will be better value than getting the stick welder + scratch tig conversion kit from somewhere like “welders warehouse”?

Doesn't really matter if the bolt has the notch as both sides are 5mm bolts. You could file down that notch if you wanna I suppose.
