Stuart Hayes, 40, was cycling down Broomfield Hill, one of the fastest stretches of the route

I thought the London parks speed limits apply to cycles too and therefore max 20mph. Badly worded if so
(not that I ride 20mph around the park)

No speed was mentioned, only the stretch of road.

The "fastest stretches" I was referring to. Other than the uphill, the whole thing is gonna be 20mph. I didn't say he was speeding
Anyway, it doesn't matter
