The bikes I have built or updated recently.
On the Orlowski, changed the front rack, seatpost, stem (silver spacer stack integrated tig welded stem to come) and made myself some mudflaps.

A conversion just for fun.
And a new comfy daily commuter following the old mtb revival hype.
Frame is stainless steel.
