lots of tt's use them. the other half gave one a go on her mtb but it did not relieve the pressure as expected, instead a different saddle with a cut out helped her
the nice thing is they offer a trial saddle so you can give one a go

Really didn't know that. Its a big commitment to spend £150 on a saddle that might not be comfortable

google for them and read up about the trial service

Had an original race, now got TT. Happy enough with it, loads better for an aero tuck.

Same, I have one on the TT bike as when in that low a position I found regular saddles putting too much pressure in the wrong place... There are several alternatives now but all are pretty pricey (specialized sitero may be cheapest at £100)

Bumping this thread as I've put an ISM Adamo on my road fixed bike recently and while I definitely think it's better than a regular saddle in some regards, I'm struggling a bit to get it set up right.
Having recently had a vasectomy I've been a bit more aware of things down there and had had a little discomfort while riding, especially in the drops, on an Arione that I'd previously gotten on well with.
I borrowed an ISM PR off a mate and bought an Adamo off here and on short rides I've definitely noticed an improvement in comfort. Did a slightly longer ride today though and the Adamo has rubbed me up the wrong way.
It seems like the left hand prong sits slightly higher than the right one (I thought maybe the padding was just a bit more compressed on the right side as there's no crash damage on the saddle at all) and it's on that side that I've gotten a bit rubbed. Think I need to maybe move it further back and possibly tilt it down too.
The mate I borrowed the PR off is a total convert to them and he says he finds the PN more comfortable than the Adamo or PR. I'm on the lookout for an affordable, used PN.
I've got my tt bike on my turbo with a normal road bike saddles and it's like being kicked in the gooch when I'm spinning quote fast, thinking of trying out one of their saddles. Anybody got one or could recommend an alternative
