Quill stems and Handlebars

A friend is looking for a quill stem. She wants a higher reach but with the stem bending downwards. What’s the tallest stem she can get and still have the “drop” feature? Any up on offer?
The image shows what she currently has (standard 100mm reach, total length about 140mm) so it must be taller than this, possibly with a shorter reach too.
