Nah just an N/A ej20, it’s fairly gutless but it does have the low ratio lever on the gearbox so it’s fine getting up steeper and slippery slopes.
I might keep it, I might move it on. It’s not really fast or fun enough to justify its fuel consumption* IMO. Maybe my opinion will change after taking it for a good thrash about in the mud but I could sell it and buy a disco that’s better for towing, better off road, cheaper to insure and better on fuel.
It’s an awesome car but I just don’t feel it’s for me.

Since this forum seems to love Foresters so much here’s one I took in a trade.
2” lift and Yokohama geolanders, Subaru should have sold the car this way IMO. It really sets it apart from the Impreza hatch and legacy wagon now. And it earns that low range gearbox they gave it.
