If you want fat tires for comuting or gravel then i would recommend build it up with 650b Tubeless Ready rims (like some DTSwiss rims) and WTB Horizon tires.
In front 406 wide rim plus Maxxis Torch.
Thats what i did with my Omnium Cargo Ti.
It is very comfy and durable. Looks sick in skinwall😉
