    That's entirely irrelevant, not being very upfront about the end price of things should just not be legal, especially when we're not talking about a 50p card fee, but stuff like "oh there's 20% VAT and 15% fees on top of that".

    An auction house is not a shop, and certainly isn’t an end-user-oriented online marketplace like amazon or ebay. An auction house is an auction house, and you’d be wise to read the terms and conditions of sale before placing any bid.
