Bad times :(

Can't you independently have your vehicle assessed to see if it meets regulation actually? I think I read that in Octane? Surely there's lots of older bikes that would pass?

Yeah you can do that. There’s a fee involved and if you’ve already got the bike then it makes sense but I won’t buy a bike without an exemption on the hope that it would pass when it’s tested because then if it doesn’t I’m stuck trying to sell it again

I’ve heard that Honda will provide a CoC free of charge for older bikes that exempts them. Triumph apparently do so too...
