Nobody can help until you have measurements close enough to make it work, unless you're just going to hand the parts to them and ask them to design and build, in which case expect the cost to triple.
When I was a boy, 'arris was your man for caliper adapters, if they don't have an OTP solution they can probably make one

Amen. Steve and Lester were/are gods in motorcycle fabrication, along with Spondon. Altho Spondon were a fucking nightmare to deal with. I once went up there and refused to leave until they’d finished my swingarm, only took them 5 months. Genius fabricators but fuck me, never again.
