Therein lies the issue. I don't have exact measurements. It's an It's an adapter plate to connect two parts that aren't supposed to go together.

Nobody can help until you have measurements close enough to make it work, unless you're just going to hand the parts to them and ask them to design and build, in which case expect the cost to triple.
When I was a boy, 'arris was your man for caliper adapters, if they don't have an OTP solution they can probably make one

Show your drawings and give approximate location; you want a local shop, but which one depends on whether it's machining and a bit of fabrication or fabrication and a bit of machining
