I'm thinking I may sell my place in the next couple of years and so I've been going over the essentials - Hague Blue for the front door, Asop for the bathroom etc - and so now it's just the minor bits to sort out.

The lease is at 88 years so it seems like an idea to look at extending it so people aren't put off. The freehold is owned by Islington Council, can anyone recommend a solicitor who has experience of this/dealing with them and is half way competent?

I'm having less robot fun... The grass in our new house is too tall for our mowbot so I have to mow the lawn... So our mowbot can mow the lawn.

What have you got?

We’ve got a bungalow and never ever hoover enough and I was wondering if one of these is a good idea or if the reality is they just get stuck/lost/caught on stuff and are mostly useless..

Neato Botvac D7- replacing a now very elderly Botvac 85. The D7 is hugely better at not getting stuck and then beeping until you help it. Having two cats, one of which is long haired it’s incredibly useful having a robotised house-elf that vacuums every day whilst you are at work.

We are due to complete on 3rd June for our move saga.

The bedroom we want to be our master bedroom currently has mirrored wardrobes the entire length of the room. We're not really fully-mirrored bedroom people. Are there any suggestions for what we could replace them with?
