Raleigh Dyna-Tech complete 12 speed + Cheap SS/Fixed Wheelset

Hi all, it's been a while but got a few bits for sale. I think they're priced pretty fair but let me know if not.

Item 1:
Raleigh DynaTech full bike. Bought a while back for parts for a project that never came to fruition.
-2055 Reynolds tubing
-Sizing:
TT: 22"
DT: 25"
ST: 22"
-Groupset: Shimano Exage 500EX
-Bars: Raleigh
-Stem: Sakae
-Saddle: Selle Italia Turbo
-Rims: Rigida
-Tyres: F- Schwalbe Stelvio, R- Lugano

All in all in reasonably good condition. Frame/forks have a few paint chips. Bit of bubbling near the joins quite common to these. Front brake sticks a little so could probably do with a service.

Item 2:
Cheap SS/Fixed wheelset. Quando hubs which could also probably do with a service but good for a beater. Looks like they're spinning true. 16t freewheel/16t fixed.
