Surly do a seatpost collar bolt mounted canti hanger, which I happen to have a spare one in the shed. If you go canti, let me know, I'll post it to you.
Shimano make some pretty good cantis, have a look at them. If you're not going to be riding muddy routes go mini Vs, if you want the extra mud clearance go canti.
