Can’t seem to be able to set up rim brakes.
How do I make the hose align straight with the cable so it doesn’t rub at an angle?

Since there's obviously no tension in the cable, why aren't isn't the brake springing open?

Do you think it's a tension issue? because there's currently enough tension for the brake to operate properly
