Yeah, but unless its efficacy is proved I don't wanna faff with carrying a tub of fish oil around. I mean, is it going to make any noticeable difference compared to taking a paracetamol?
Really what I should be doing is preventing these stupid injuries in the first place. I can't believe elastic has caused me so much drama in all these races. Socks, calf guards, now arm warmers, ffs. Maybe I should just go back to wearing torso covering stuff and using sunscreen.
Not sure how much luck I'd have eliminating sugar and grains. Lots of people bang on about turmeric but not heard of the other stuff.
