    My wrist is now moving again with pain but much less 'grinding' of the tendon. Icing, eating lots and resting it.

    I'd look into why the top of your foot is pained. Seems odd. Are your shoes too tight or loose? Are you grinding your toes to try and grip in the shoe?

    I'm not allowed to take Ibuprofen any more after op last year but I have done in the past.

  • I stopped taking it after first TABR when one of the other riders said he'd seen my "cankles" before on TD when riders were smashing Ibuprofen. Then did a bit of looking and found links to heart problems, I already knew about the gut issues but basically decided they provided so little benefit and so much whole-body drama they're not worth it. I think the last TCR I had 1 or 2 paracetamol and RaTN I had maybe 1-2 per day because I'd done quite a bit more damage.

  • Not sure how much luck I'd have eliminating sugar and grains. Lots of people bang on about turmeric but not heard of the other stuff.
