+1 for that karlenko123 reddit watchexchange dude. Stand up guy to deal with. Watch arrived promptly from Vietnam and he marked it with a 30$ value. Didn't stop DHL charging €36.36 customs charge on a declared item value of €26.55, with no breakdown of how the charge was calculated. When I requested a breakdown from their customer service - they had arbitrarily attached a €69 postage estimation as they couldn't find the courier fee paid by karlenko123 from Vietnam. I messaged him on reddit and he said the courier fee he paid was $24 but he also offered to pay half of the customs charged to me. Top bloke, would recommend.
