Reporting on Venezuela is usually pretty risible, but this round has been particularly disgusting: fawning over Guaido; uncritically accepting of whatever bullshit comes out of the trump administration; completely unwilling to challenge the official line. Sadly it’s totally predictable - the adversarial press is mostly non-existent when it comes to challenging imperial power.
