We are all somewhat unconsciously bias.
Someone could be unconsciously racist.
Someone racist could accidentally reveal their racism.
Someone can be accidentally offensive...But I honestly don’t understand how someone can be ‘accidentally racist’? (although that is as good a summary of the situation as I’ve heard).
He couldn’t really stay in the job anyway, as he’d end up with a following of actual racists.

maybe we should leave judgement regarding what is and isn't racist to people who are and have been on the receiving end of actual racism. which i'm pretty sure counts most of us out.
