That reminds me of how @playswellwithotters 's bike was stolen a few years ago, although I think in his case it was from the fourth or fifth floor (?).
Hope the CCTV is useful.

Yeah mine was from a locked fifth floor balcony at night. They could only have gotten in from the open balcony on the floor above, then lowered the bikes down. Mad skills!
I found the shitty beater bike on gumtree shortly after and forced the police to take it back by threatening to visit the guy myself with a bunch of friends. Never got my TI Raleigh Team back, but insurance paid out enough to soften the blow.

Got confirmation that the CCTV camera outside my house is out of action and they’re not sure how long it’s been like that...

Lifted from a 2nd floor balcony (about 10-12m above road level with no clear way of climbing up the building) in E10. I've put in a request for CCTV, so hopefully I'll find something.
