@π_Card is on the right track. People have drilled the stock Moda forks, and the ones I've seen are pretty obviously road forks which missed the drilling stage at the factory, but if you have to ask for permission on here you're not qualified to do it. It would be better just to buy a road fork and use that for your road riding, then when you sell the frame you have an intact fork for the new owner and your parts bin still has a spare road fork for the next time you need one.
