It's 110 with weird bolts to get around the problem
The roller pitch circle of a 32T×½" pitch sprocket is 129.6mm. The rollers are 8mm and normal bolt heads are 12mm. Even if the chain side plate don't overlap the rollers, the largest bolt PCD which would work with that combination is 109.6mm. In practice, the chain side plates are about 9.7mm high and the spider tabs can't be made with an outer diameter of just the PCD + the bolt head diameter, because that would be too weak.
Oh this lead me on a wild goose chase then, guessing the 32/48 isn’t 110
