The seller is saying they can't provide any information on the bike.
Looks like a resprayed Columbus max frameset, as there's a weird website URL on the seatstays and I've never seen a steel track Look with a curved fork and a colourway / decals like that.
The hubs and nuts resemble the older campagnolo record and it has a combination of gipiemmme / campagnolo crank arms.
I was intrigued and tried to find out anything about the frame / company, but the search on the mentioned URL didn't bring any convincing results.
Thought someone here may be interested, speculations on the history of the specimen are welcome.
