Agreed; go on @Kluens, it's the weekend. "sorry about the misunderstanding; realise that we both, initially, acted in good faith - sorry for inconvenience, happy to draw a line under it - send it back and I'll refund straight away" or something similar?
Seems that the owner before Kluens cut the straps, so Kluens wasn't aware. But should still refund IMO, as the bag has been functionally altered.
