  • Seems that the owner before Kluens cut the straps, so Kluens wasn't aware. But should still refund IMO, as the bag has been functionally altered.

  • Agreed; go on @Kluens, it's the weekend. "sorry about the misunderstanding; realise that we both, initially, acted in good faith - sorry for inconvenience, happy to draw a line under it - send it back and I'll refund straight away" or something similar?
