Thanks for finally replying to me. If by timely manner, you mean not responding to my PM 8 hours ago after refusing to refund (in a timely manner), not replying to my Whatsapp message and not answering my call, then you've got me.

If by harassing, you mean me sending you pictures of the straps and asking if you could let me know about a refund because this was not mentioned in the sales thread.

I'm not sure what your point about countless issue free sales is? This one has issues.

Sorry if i come across a bit pissed off at paying £50 for a bag that doesnt fit because the straps have been cut too short.

@Kluens I didnt really want to have to post this in here. But you weren't responding to my PMs or whatsapp messages. Not really sure how else to get your attention. I would have been happy to settle this away from here.

Some of the straps are really short. You didnt think it was worth mentioning?

If it was an innocent mistake, i would have been happy to take a refund and post it back to you.

Can you let me know why you think your description was "accurate and it was sold as seen" when it has obviously been modified.

Personally if I liked the bag enough I would get a friend to run up some extensions on an industrial sewing machine (although I can't tell from the photo if that would work with the material?).

Begs the question, why the fuck would anybody trim them down in the first place when they could easily be tucked away?

If it wasn't clear in the add you should probably get your money back.

Thanks for the advice. The straps are a kinda rubbery/plastic. I thought about trying to extend them but not sure if it'll work.
No idea why they were trimmed down so much. All the little rubber loops for tucking them away are still intact...

It would be natural to assume it was compatible with a range of standard tubing.

@Kluens is well out of order. If you trimmed down the straps and didnt mention this on your listing then give the guy a refund and resell with an accurate description.
