You can't say 'buyer beware' if you haven't provided enough information.
It is irrelevant that it fits three of your bikes.

The pictures on the sales thread provide no information on the strap length or modification to allow a buyer to make an informed choice.
It would be natural to assume it was compatible with a range of standard tubing.Bad form.
