Used but in excellent condition.
Please note; the rubber straps for the down-tube/seat-tube have been cut shorter. The original seller did not inform me of this before I bought the bag and it doesn't quite fit my frame because of this. It is in great condition otherwise and I would keep it if it fit! I would suggest trying it on your bike first.
