Went out for a long steady run at lunchtime, aiming to get 10 miles in.
Managed 2k, when my calf said nope, and I had to walk home.
Up til now, no niggles, and no hint that anything was wrong, and I wasn't putting in any particular effort.
Bugger.
Old age.
Probably, unfortunately.
It looks like it's a repeat of an injury from 3ish years ago, and I'm desperately trying to remember what the physio did to fix it (although I do remember that it's all caused by a very old back injury)
