(although ‘other’ could be anything).
But like every vote for Labour in 2016 was a vote to leave it should just take somebody from the remain side to turn up on TV and claim 'other' as a vote for remain, it doesn't matter if its true or not in this day and age you just have to keep repeating it to make it so.

Plausible but doesn’t explain why pro-eu parties are up and UKIP are down (although ‘other’ could be anything).
