Depends what you have. In the past I've used bikes with stretchy rubber mounts that can stretch over the bar. I just got an exposure strada for a night time ride, though. Raceware do a gopro mount for the h36 bars, and then I bought a gopro > exposure adapter from wiggle or something like that.

Otherwise you can insert a wahoo puck in a garmin mount;
this I have tried, doesent work, the drillings are diff.
good to know that there is a cheaper mount from Wahoo .. currently have raceware 3d printed one.

20k+ km on it, very consistent readings. Only problem I've had was a screw that held the battery in place came lose and gave me some weird spikes, but I'm pretty sure it only happened because I had been hitting it with a hammer to get it out of the bb
