Ok, how do you pronounce ‘Miche’? I’m assume a lot of people pronounce it ‘meesh’ but I heard it’s supposed to be pronounced ‘meekay’ - is that correct? The last time I said it out loud I pronounced it ‘meesh’ because I don’t really care that much and no Italians were within earshot to kick me in the Adam’s apple for ruining their entire culture.

Yep, basically 'Meek-eh', so a 'k' because there's an 'h' between the 'c' and the 'e'. Also, that trailing 'e' is more of an 'eh' sound than an 'ay', but honestly compared to 'meesh' that's a very minor problem. The latter would be correct if it was French though.
