Today, at the Olympic park, in stripped down mode.
Going from full bags -> no bags and bottle takes just a few mins now, versatility is good.

ok, on the long ride back from my pottery class today I figured out the geo I want.
it's primarily the cotic solarismax (new version of my frame basically) with influences of 3 others.
now I need to learn bikecad!

How much travel are you planning?

Presumably at equivalent 25% sag with a 120mm fork?

Consider making sure there's at least an inch or two of of dropper lower showing - if for some reason it starts to stick, you have space to bolt a shaft clamp to it to get it free.

yeah, I need to figure out how to calculate this.
what's a good shortish dropper length - 125mm?
then is it: 3cm dropper lower + dropper length + saddle height = height above seat tube top?
ugh bike geo confusion

I hate instagram but you gotta go there for #inspiration sometimes
120mm travel, but can extend the forks to 130-140 I think
