Wanted: 55/56 cm frameset for a daily commute build

Hi, I'm looking for a cheap frameset as part of a build just for my daily commute.

Open to most things, but I'm planning on building it fg/ss and have a budget of £150 for the frameset.

Got a 54 or 56 (will need to measure) Columbus Aelle frame and chrome forks. Nice frameset. Am in Oxford, but can post.

I need to get it out of the garage, but it's very, very similar to this minus the decals on the forks...
