As everybody else says, you're probably not going to beat PlusGas. What they're not telling you is that even that probably won't work for a stainless screw that has got well stuck in an aluminium housing, in the sense that the housing will be wrecked by the time you get the screw out regardless of which method you use.

Any suggestions for best penetrating fluid?
Is PlusGas still better than the WD40 penetrating stuff?
In case it maters it's for a steel (probably stainless) bolt in an alu casing.
