I think it was more that Charge was swallowed under the unbrella which is also Cannondale and they have somewhat merged. I don't think they've sacked Cannondale's own design team and swapped in Charge's.

I think they have, in the sense that it's unlikely there was a 'team' working on the pain / graphics design side of things, probably just a director and various freelance resources. That director role became vacant and was offered to the Charge guy, but he didn't want to go to the US, so he's working directing a mixture of old US freelance and new UK freelance guys.
I suspect. Could be completely wrong.

Didn't someone say that all graphics etc is now done by what was Charge Bikes in the UK?
