    Their face to face customer service can be a bit arsey - can't think of another way to put it. I could definitely see there being a link between their massive increase in business and having less energy for interaction in the shop. Had the same down the phone as well tbh. Doesn't make me want to part with my hard earned when the person serving you seems to be visibly annoyed by your enquiry.

    But then again, why would they want to spend time with a customer looking to spend a comparatively small bit of cash when they're doing so much business online? Their Google reviews seem to have a few people making similar complaints about the service too.

  • Are they like BLB circa 2010?

    Steady demand, decreasing supply and margin. Hard to scale unless start selling something else.

  • Who knows, but it definitely seems like they've gone from small local shop to recognised national/international seller in the last couple years, and their social media seems to show that too. They definitely have a lot of stock moving through their shop.

    I also find their social media a bit annoying but I can't really complain as I'm the twunt who looks at it.
