I think the rear looks okay for a couple mm - more concerned about the fork but that's swappable if I can be bothered. It's one of those Oval R900 aero forks though which I quite like the design of
Currently running vittoria but may switch for conti - just don't know how their respective sizing works out

Depends on the size of the tyre, and your tolerance for the risk involved in having less clearance than the recommended minimum.
