I know that the M-Part carbon fork can clear 32mm
Link? I can just find one with standard drop brake and up to 28c tyres

Guessing if it's standard drop not short drop it's probably that one just not quoting 32c

Bit of a risk to take though, it's in the q&a bit of the page.
I'd like something similar for my dolan, it can fit 32 happily in the back, but I don't fancy resorting to a steamroller anchor for the same up front

Same boat, i've got a nice new frame that i reckon will clear a 35c on the back but the fork is limited. Check out the kinesis DC-07, slightly less length than the M-Part and i'm pretty sure from memory clears a 32c. I don't have a better pic but @user67706akajimmythegrin might be able to confirm as he has it now.

M part 700c carbon fork (375 atc), it claim standard drop, so should be fine.

Can confirm, 32mm gravel King sk no problem, had to sell the fork though as steerer was a little short, was a very nice fork though

(without slackening the front end too much)
Changing from a tapered fork in an EC44/40 lower to straight fork in a ZS44/30 lower gains you about 10mm axle to crown with no change in steering geometry
Or is 32c unrealistic with the fork length?
It's unrealistic with a 365mm fork, and it's also unrealistic with a caliper brake drop of <49mm. To fit a 700×32C with the minimum safe clearance needs over 350mm from axle to the underside of the crown. With a 375mm fork and a brake drop <57mm, it's possible.

Thanks, what would you say is a minimum safe distance for road and light off road riding? The Columbus Fel fork is surprisingly gappy for a 365mm fork. I tried it with a short drop Sram Rival and a standard drop TRP and both cleared a badly seated 30c G-one speed but it was fairly tight. The TRP would need a small amount of filing on the arms to get the pads centred but it's not far off (Sram is off another bike).

minimum safe distance for road
4mm for road, a bit more would be nice if there's going to be any mud involved.

Looks like the zefal quickcage or whatever it’s called.

Shameless plug for the carbon fixed frame I'm selling. It's drilled for a front brake and bottle cages so ideal for road fixed!

Shameless plug for the carbon fixed frame I'm selling
Shameless plug for low stack headset cover which will probably be needed to make that safe with the steerer cut so short.

Why is the lever is in the open position?

Is that black or a really dark shade of something?
Cheers, wish i'd kept my kinesis DC-07 as it's same spec as M-part. Would be a 10 mm increase in a-t-c over current fork which might not be that welcome though.
