Can anyone do a trip on Friday 21st evening into Saturday 22nd? It’s around the longest day so plenty of daylight.
I could leave Marple station at 8pm, ride about 2 hours, pub, bivi, 2-3 hours in morning, big breakfast stop on way- back at Marple station before midday? I can make that sort of route either cross bike or mtb friendly.
Take in lantern pike if mtb, Chinley churn, sett valley trail, peak canal.
Lots of pub choices, good breakfasts at sett valley cafe or in Hayfield- I prefer sett valley.
Trains to Marple are frequent, easy for bikes and from Manchester or Sheffield. Or 45 mins max ride from Manchester, or you can park outside my house. If you fancy it PM me an email address and we can keep track of it that way rather than sharing major details on a forum?

Sorry I didn't see this! Not that it's happening but thanks for putting in the time. My calendar is a bit of a shitshow but I'm still keen to make it out
