They’re very relaxed about rules. As long as your cranks clear the concrete at the right height, and you’ve got 80gi or higher you’re fine. They don’t care if you are using sdp either, as long as all your tension screws are set up nice and tight.
Rules are all on the website, and yeah skill sessions are turn up and ride.
