So many mounts, I've no idea what some are. One on the Drive side seat tube behind where the crank would be, maybe for a chain catcher and these two under the seat stays.. but there is already a bridge on the frame.

That was for a chain guard. Quite nice as far as chain guards go too.
Similar to this Trek District:

We used to sell those in the bike shop I worked in. I always thought they were underrated as a kind of MTB street style single speed. Lots of mounts too.
