OT freecycle toasted sandwich maker

  • Going free to a good home. Morphy Richards, quadruple toastie maker. Bought new by me in around 1995 (?vintage), it's moved with me several times since however has lived in the loft for the past 5 years, doubt I'll use it again as found a George Foreman grill far superior for toasted sandwiches and less mouth burny. The charity shop doesn't take electrical goods so going here, collect from N10

  • British Heart Foundation furniture shop on Seven Sisters road should take it based on that the Brixton one always has sandwich toasters, not sure if you have one nearer than that.

  • Only posting here to make @Clockwise post the tasty filling in this thread sandwich.

  • Cheers, I go through seven sisters often, I'll drop in if no one here wants it.

    @sacredhart in my experience the tastiest filling is acheived with the tesco cheese triple pack and sqeezing all three in a stack into the george foreman grill. As far as the conventional toastie maker goes, cheese and ketchup never fails.
