Anyone had any experience with the lynskey helix frames? Can't find too much about it online other than some contradicting reviews

Any recommendations for seatposts? Tried to get one from Torus but they can't do 31.6 setback.

I’ve not tried to upload anything here yet... here goes nothing!
My mid 90’s NZ made Tinamics. (terrible) Photo taken on a ride out on “Roubaix Day”.

Hello I would like to get feedback from current and previous owners of the Moda Senza titanium bike. What are the pros and cons of the frame? Thanks in advance.

A lovely Wittson frame I gifted my mate. He's just finished building it but stem needs a trim and a few spacers fewer.

I'm really keen on getting a ti or stainless road bike. I've been looking at Van Nicholas, which look great, but I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on other brands theyd recommend?

Rourke 953...love mine..bespoke ...made in UK...great ride.
Wouldn't hesitate recommending them. -

Van Nich are okay value though there was a history, maybe back in 2014, of people 'on here' who owned them and they were cracking regularly around the chainstays. Obviously that's the minority, though.

The good thing about Van Nicholas is their warranty, as if your frame does crack then they'll replace it with no quibbles. A friend's MTB went about 6 years after he bought it and they exchanged it for a new frame.

Well, that's fair enough then! Be nice if it didn't crack but ya know. I've not looked at bikes or components for a long time as I've had my Talbot for a couple of years now, but isn't this stupid good value? Aesthetics aside...

25 pounds extra to have brakes cables hooked up Euro/USA style?
-

If they have to modify a bike that's already prebuilt then I don't think that's unreasonable. A bike shop would charge the same. If they're building from scratch seems a bit stingy. Doesn't detract from the value though.

Cheers
