I think a bullitt will be handy in our family for years. Our kids now ride alongside me until they’re knackered, we then get both kids and bikes in a pile on the bullitt and continue the journey.
Once the kids are big enough to ride everywhere themselves I’ll use the bullitt to carry kit, food, bbq, etc for outings.
I’ve got a rough idea on how to strap two kids bikes to the side of the box, gonna give it a go as soon as I have some spare time

Tempted by a Bullitt but my kids are 3 and 6 too, wondering if I’m going to get enough years’ use out of it based on what you’re saying...I’d like them up front ideally.
Otherwise I’m thinking of something like a Workcycles FR8, but then there’s less capacity for carrying shopping etc.
