We used to sell those in the bike shop I worked in. I always thought they were underrated as a kind of MTB street style single speed. Lots of mounts too.
So many mounts, I've no idea what some are. One on the Drive side seat tube behind where the crank would be, maybe for a chain catcher and these two under the seat stays.. but there is already a bridge on the frame.
It looks that way. Going to give up on this and try and get it back to the seller/get a refund.

I've still not had time to look and measure it up properly but it looks like I won't need those forks @Thrasher, the a-c looks to be closer to road.
