Exactly that, yep. Maybe you’re supposed to clamp it down solid but that wouldn’t make sense - the quills aren’t going anywhere once the steerer tube bolt is locked down. It was awesome. Way nicer than riding with a big/kiddy trailer but not quite as intuitive as a single wheel bob type thing.
