Thanks but need it quickly. I'm probably going to go (shock, horror) with my old battery lights and battery packs given timeframes.

Well inthe long run if you want it let me know. I was supposed to be in Cambridge in two weeks, but have to go to TX instead. May be back in June?

I'll see what I end up doing. I've already ordered the light back in March they just failed to tell me it was out of stock when I did so, so I'm kinda loathe to buy another light due to someone else fucking up but I might do it and dynamo another bike up. I do like the idea of the Beacon though.
