  • No they both do have vents. Apparently the AGV ones are pretty decent, the vent is actually in the top of the visor.

    It's behind the rubber strip in the visor, you can see it quite clearly here.

    I think I'm kind of settled on the AGV. I've always liked AGV and any I've tried on have been good fits.

  • Will that get air to the rest of your head though?

    My AGV, whilst not retro styled, has 2 chin vents, 2 above the forehead, one at the top centre and 2 at the back. All able to opened or closed

  • Yeah it's obviously not going to be as well ventilated as a modern style helmet but they're incorporated internal channels from the vent at the front to bring the air over your head so it's supposedly one of the best ventilated retro style helmets.

    Also to keep in mind I'll be on a 250cc classic scrambler-esque bike so I'm not going to be going anywhere too fast anyway. Might just get a Bell Moto-3 and some goggles if it's too hot for a visor but Ireland rarely is.
